STAY AVAY FROM THE SURVEY SCOUT SCAM!!
Despite their great sounding offers SURVEY SCOUT is no different than any other bogus paid survey site. They have a bunch of fake surveys that don’t pay out any real money and only claim that you won prizes that you need to register for. Once you register they will sell your email address and still leave you without a prize.
I have used a bunch of these paid survey sites and I can tell you that SURVEY SCOUT is no different than the others. They charge a membership fee that takes you to a misleading database with tons of pitfall surveys that take you to unscrupulous websites. I recommend avoiding SURVEY SCOUT at all costs.

SurveyScout is not a scam but it does suck
I signed up for survey scout about a year ago and I have made money with it. I think the people who claim it's a scam are morons. It's not a scam. They will refund your money and they don't hide that they are not a survey company. Survey Scout may be a complete waste of time but it is not a scam. Getting my money back was not that hard since I had a money back guarrantee. I didn't qualify for most of the surveys. I could actually win nice things, but I had to subsribe to all these other offers, and there were a long list of rules that had to be abided by or else I didn't get the prize. I would not recommend this site, there are other paid survey sites that are better.

Scam or misleading? Big difference!
SurveyScout is not a Scam, but they are very misleading! I do not regret paying for the membership as I found some good paid surveys through them. There's one problem though... none of these survey companies pay what SurveyScout claims them to pay. Some of them cannot be classified as survey companies at all, and in realty they are product evaluation companies others are just websites where you can order a product on a free trial, try it out if you like it keep. That's great and all but I think SurveyScout is misleading people with what they claim on their homepage.

I wish I would had read these reviews earlier
I wish I would had read these reviews about survey scout a few months ago. I was also scammed by this company. I received nothing but spam emails and never been paid one cent for my time! I live in portugal, no surveys from here...

Save Your Money
Survey Scout.com claims to have a fresh and up to date database of these types of unique job offers. They claim that after you pay the membership fee that you will gain access to a collection of survey, secret shopper, and related work sites. Not so. In reality Survey Scout gives you access to only five surveys with this type of information. In the database the majority of the surveys that Survey Scout leads you to pay little.
Just as it sounds Survey Scout is too good to be true. Survey Scout is not a Scam, because you will get your refund and they do have a few good tips but it's not worth your money.

Just for people in US and UK
Forget SurveyScout if you live outside US or the UK. Just forget it. There are other survey sites that are better. There are a few that do actually give cash instead of stupid lottery prizes and things you don't want, but SurveyScout is probably only worth your cash if you live in the US.
